I have been working in the mechanical industry since graduation. Before joining, I knew that DaZu was a leader in the equipment manufacturing industry. At the time of joining, DaZu Machine Tool was only a product center of DaZu, specializing in machine tools and machine tool automation.

Working at Dazu Machine Tool, there are three memorable moments: firstly, five years ago, the company established an automotive industry automatic line product center and received an order, marking the recognition of our machine tools and automation by leading car companies; Secondly, in 2021, DaZu Machine Tool became an independent company from DaZu Group, marking a new development model for DaZu Machine Tool; Thirdly, the establishment and mass shipment of DaZu Machine Tool Yancheng Branch marks a significant increase in DaZu Machine Tool's production capacity and sales volume.

For the R&D position, I think there are two main points to be achieved: first, to solve customer pain points. The equipment we produce should create value for customers and enable them to make money; The second is to focus on the previous point, improve equipment production efficiency, enhance equipment stability, deliver equipment to customers faster, and ensure stable use.

After ten years of accumulating momentum, the company has reached a state of timing (policy orientation), geographical advantage (surrounding full industry chain), and teamwork (team atmosphere). I am Tong Gang, and I have been working in the electrical control department of Dazu Machine Tool for 10 years now.

After working at Dazu Machine Tool for so many years, there is a very deep memory: in 2015, in order to meet the urgent needs of overseas customers, the company arranged for three engineers to come to the customer's site overnight to solve the problem. After 8-10 hours of on-site fighting, we promptly helped the customer solve this problem. DaZu Machine Tool has strict requirements for customer service, can quickly respond to customer needs, and provide timely technical support and high-quality services. I am Nie Xiangbo. I have been working at Dazu for 18 years and at machine tools for 12 years. From the establishment of Dazu Machine Tools to now, I have witnessed the growth and development of the company.

I majored in Equipment Automation and have had a strong interest in assembling and disassembling equipment since childhood. When I was a child, my family's television and my father's bicycle were my toys after meals. After graduation, my first job was at Dazu Laser. In 2012, the CNC Project Center was established, and I was the first one to actively sign up and join. I happened to study this major and had the opportunity to do so, so I have been working here ever since.

The most memorable experience for me is the process of the first equipment from production, sales to delivery. When the business unit (CNC Project Center) was first established, I participated as a supply engineer in the research and development, production, exhibition, and sales of the equipment. The first device was exhibited for the first time at the Beijing exhibition and received unanimous praise from the government, enterprises, and universities. The second time it was exhibited at the Chongqing exhibition, we immediately signed a contract with a customer. At that time, our emotions were incomparable. I was very excited and called the leader: We successfully sold our first CNC equipment! The second phone call was to my dad, who encouraged me to work hard.

After more than ten years of meticulous craftsmanship, Dazu Machine Tool has developed from a single product to a series of products, which are sold worldwide and internationally. My name is Luo Jun, and I have been working in the machining industry for 30 years. I have been working as an after-sales engineer at Dazu Machine Tool for 10 years.

In my student days, including when I started working in the 1990s, I saw imported cars, especially high-end cars, and household appliances running all over the streets. I wondered why there was no national brand of my own, so I worked in the machining industry because it is the mother and foundation of industry. DaZu is the second largest laser processing equipment manufacturing enterprise in the world and the first in Asia, leading the equipment manufacturing industry. DaZu's mission is to "strengthen the nation and equip the world". Its cultural philosophy is very attractive and in line with personal values, so I chose DaZu.

After sales needs to exceed customer expectations, such as timely response. We require delivery on the same day within the province and the next day outside the province, to quickly respond and solve customer problems. What I remember very vividly is in 2016, a well-known foreign enterprise (in the communication industry) bought us thousands of devices. Due to the large quantity, we often worked until late at night, and the team was still working on the 28th day of the twelfth lunar month. At that time, our overseas colleagues booked tickets for us to return to China in the middle of the night, transferred to Hong Kong, and when we returned to the mainland, they also booked high-speed rail tickets for us to rush home for the Chinese New Year, ensuring that we could balance work and life. The corporate team has a strong and harmonious atmosphere, and attaches great importance to and cares for employees.
