HV856 vertical machining center is an efficient and flexible tool for processing complex parts. After one clamping, the workpiece can automatically and continuously complete various processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersunking, tapping, etc. It is suitable for processing small and medium-sized box, plate, disc, valve, shell and other parts.

The spindle motor is directly connected to the spindle to increase the start stop speed. The servo motor is directly connected to the ball screw without any reverse clearance, further improving the positioning accuracy. The three-axis screw adopts a fixed+pre tension structure to reduce thermal displacement and improve the accuracy of machine tool operation


C3 grade precision ball screw, P-type roller track, matched with imported P4 grade screw bearings, industry-leading "real materials", with guaranteed quality


The body adopts high-quality Mihanna casting technology, which has undergone finite element analysis and multiple optimization certifications. The high rigidity structural design has superior vibration resistance, and the structure is more lightweight, fully meeting the needs of high-speed cutting and high-speed response of machine tools, maintaining consistent accuracy and stability.

Z-shaped door edge design, with a width of 1040mm for easy lifting of fixtures and workpieces.
